AddoMail was an idea developed by a couple of guys from California. With decades of experience in websites and technology, we decided to bring privacy back to email in a unique way. With interesting and personal domains, we offer our customers a wide variety of email addresses to choose from.

Why would I want another Email Address?
Excellent question, and we have some great answers!

1. It's a great way to help keep control of your privacy.
2. You would have an email address RESERVED for the MOST IMPORTANT people in your life. Just don't give it to companies, or sign up for anything with it.
3. If you limit who you give your NEW email address to, you can take control of your time by not having to filter through advertisements,email scams,phishing emails, etc.
Because this email address you reserved for the special select few in your life. Let your OLD email collect the junk - THIS Email mailbox is for YOU!
4. Unlike the "free" email addresses @somecompany.com - This email address is a lot like having a personalized license plate on your car, when people see it, they learn something about you that you want to express.

What makes a good Email Address?
Your address should say something about you. Is your address memorable (just like you) or does it look a lot like everyone else’s? Does it confuse people or is it unique, catchy and stay in their minds? It should be easy to spell (no tricky, mistake-prone spellings!) And lastly, it should be fun for you!
How do I cancel my account?
You may cancel your account at any time.

If you wish to cancel, detailed Account Management instructions may be found here , There is no need to call or email, simply log into the Members Portal and follow these instructions.
What happens if I decide to cancel?
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will continue to be functional until the next monthly, or annual, renewal date, after which the email mailbox will stop functioning, your cancellation will take effect, and you will not incur further charges.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS or PRORATION of account fees, if you wish to cancel please do so BEFORE the renewal date.

Once your email account has been canceled, and end of subscription term has been reached, your email account will be deleted and all email will deleted and unrecoverable.
What does this cost?
Our E-mail Addresses costs vary depending on the domain and which subscription you choose.
Some domains may be higher due to their unique nature and category. Each domain has a Pricing tab at the top of the page for your convenience.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes we do! All credit card information is input through a merchant window which will display when you hit the Buy button and create an account with Addomail.
Do I have to have a Pay Pal account?
No you don't, we don’t use PayPal. When you go through our purchase process, you will be asked for your credit card on a secure system from the credit card company. Your personal information is not stored on our servers!
Why are you charging when others give it away?
The truth is that they aren’t giving anything away! You pay for those “free” addresses when you plow through endless advertisements to get your mail. They show you ads and they send you ads—intrusive, repetitive, really annoying ads. They can even read your email with their computers to target you with ads based on personal information found in your email! We believe people want a real choice of names with no advertising. For as little as 17 cents a day you can be FREE of advertising and get back to your personal email space!
Is it hard to switch Email addresses?
No not at all. The way to start is to purchase a really cool email address from us.
When that’s done, change your "default account" and/or "reply to" address on your computer to your new email address.

Then you send out an email to all your friends telling them about your very cool new email address.
Now all your friends know where you are.
Was that hard?

As for those old email places, just keep checking them once a week for about a month. Most companies send you stuff each week. You can log on to those company sites and give them your new address if you want…or not. Better yet, give your IMPORTANT contacts your NEW email address and keep the old email address to collect the junk.

Some people we know keep the old one for buying stuff and just check it every now and then. Either way it is a lot easier to switch than to sell out to sbcYahooGlobalWorldWideConglomerate.net. Right?
How do I use two Email addresses?
Most people use Apple Mail, Outlook or Thunderbird, all email programs which can run on your phone, tablet or computer. All of these programs can handle multiple email accounts. Just click on add an account and follow the instruction. If you only use web access, such as a browser window, then go to your domain home page and click on the Members tab at the top of the page. From here you will be able to log into our web based email access page. Any other email address you have you will just keep doing what you were doing in the past.
Can I get my Email anywhere in the world?
Yes you can. Anywhere you can get onto a computer with a connection to the internet, you can get your email! Just go to the home page of our site and use the Member tab, then login to open your email box.
What is the size limit of any one Email sent to me?
Our system can handle up to 50MB attachment but we recommend a limit of 15MB of file size for safe data integrity. However, if you are sending an email to a different mail provider such as AOL, the limit is much smaller due to AOL's restriction.
How much storage space do I have for my Emails?
25GB for storage per email address.
Individual emails don't use much space unless they have attachments. Even so, 25GB is an ample amount of storage for an email account.
With the periodic deletion of emails that are no longer needed this amount of storage, for most people,  should be enough to last for many years. 
How long can I keep using this address?
As long as you renew your address each year and follow the company terms of use, you can keep using the address you have chosen. This is a family business, which was started in 1996 and we have no plans to sell it. The Internet is one of the last places a person can compete head to head with the big guys. We have great domain names and provide good service. We plan on being here providing service for the next 30 years.
Does your company read any of my Emails?
NO! We do not scan, read or mine information from any email we have in our system.
We are a subscription based business model. It is our strict policy to never share or sell your personal information.
I hate getting spam. What can you do about it?
90% of all email is spam, our system will block emails from known spammers before they ever get to your mailbox.
As no system can catch all the spam, therefore we strongly suggest that the best defense against spam for a new email account, is to limit who knows it.
If you give it to a company, sign up for services with it, or post it in a place were anyone can see it, there is a good chance that your address will be sold, or scraped and the result will be ... SPAM!
So, reserve this one for the important people, and let your "free" email account be your trash collector.
Will the price ever go up?
The computer and Internet industry are very competitive. We must be competitive and offer good services or you will go somewhere else. In the future we plan to offer more services to improve our value to you. The only thing we cannot control is inflation within our country's economy, which may cause changes in prices as time goes on.
Can my current email program be used for more than one email address?
Entourage, Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird all have different ways to combine email accounts or keep them separate. This is a configuration setting within the programs.
Does it work with my browser?
Yes. All of our web pages, including our web based email pages follow the world wide standards. Our email system can also use IMAP and POP protocols. In most cases such as Mail on an Apple device, once you give it your email address and password the system will auto set up your email account on your system.
